When does billing start?

On Growth, your first 30 days are free. We take your card at signup and charge nothing until day 31. Church Planter is free for 12 months. Multisite has no free trial, so billing starts the day you sign up.

Do we need Planning Center?

No. Team Fit works on its own, and you can connect Planning Center whenever you are ready. Once it is connected, the volunteers who sign up are sent to Planning Center for you.

How the Planning Center connection works

Is there a contract?

No. Team Fit is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.

How many people can use it?

As many as you like. Every plan includes unlimited assessments, unlimited roles and unlimited admin seats.

What is Leon?

Leon is the AI assistant built into Team Fit. Describe a role in a sentence and he drafts the full description for you to edit and approve.
